It caters to all levels of fitness, age & background. Looking to get Strong? Lose weight? Look better? Recover from injury?
This is the gym for you.

Hardy Strength & Conditioning is by appointment only, so please contact us before visiting

Also offers a dedicated Kids Area

Strength & Conditioning Sessions &
Personal Training/Injury Rehab 

 It is recommended to attend 2-3 Stength & Conditioning sessions per week to be succesful. 
Personal Training & Injury Rehab is also available but with limited spaces.

SUPERVISED & COACHED

ALL SESSIONS ARE PROGRAMMED, SUPERVISED AND COACHED BY A QUALIFIED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH. 
THE SESSIONS INVOLVE POWER/SPEED, STRENGTH, HYPERTROPHY AND CONDITIONING EXERCISES.

THE PROGRAM

THE PROGRAM INVOLVES FULL BODY TRAINING UTILISING VARIOUS PIECES IF EQUIPMENT IE. BARBELLS, DUMBBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, SANDBAGS AND BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES.
THE PROGRAM COMBINES MOBILITY, POWERLIFTING, SPEED AND POWER, BODYBUILDING, STRONGMAN AND CONDITIONING.

Meet The Trainer

Whilst new to the fitness indusrty Mark Hardy has been training in the gym for 15+years & that equals a lot of hands on experience.

His qualifications include:
ASCA Certified: 
Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach
Level 1 Tactical Strength & Conditioning Coach

Functional Movement Screen Certified

Cert 4 in Fitness
Cert 3 in Fitness
